OUR SHIPPING DAYS
We dispatch all orders on a MONDAY.
Your order must be placed by SATURDAY 12PM in order to be dispatched the following Monday.
ALL ORDERS ARE PROCESSED WITHIN 3-7 Business Days
Please be mindful that due to a huge increase in orders and covid-19 there may be some delays!
If your order does NOT contain candles we may be able to speed up the processing time.
UK ORDERS- Royal Mail
Shipping Time- (1-3) Business Days
USA, CANADA
Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on weight of products ordered.
Shipping Time: 6-7 Business Days
Royal Mail have since stated that it may take up to 14 business days.
EUROPEAN COUNTRIES
Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on weight of products ordered.
Shipping Time: 3-5 Business Days
Royal Mail have since stated that it may take up to 14 business days.
ALL OTHER COUNTRIES
Shipping costs: calculated at checkout based on weight of products ordered.

Separate Packages
In some instances, an order may be split into different packages for any of the following reasons;

Weight restrictions imposed by post office

Larger items will need to be shipped separately due to size
If we have to send your item in separate packages you will receive an email stating this. This email should arrive alongside a dispatch confirmation email.
REFUND AND RETURNS POLICY
We do not accept returns at this time.
We currently only offer refunds if an item is damaged or defective, this has to be proven through photographic evidence.
All items are shipped with the hope that they arrive as they as sent off, we put our trust in the delivery companies but we understand that accidents can happen. If you receive your item and it is damaged or defective you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your items with photo proof.
