Why I want to help:

I stumbled across shadow work a longggg time ago now, and I actually went on that journey for myself.

Soon all of these events started popping up of things that I had been through in my life or stuff I had faced.

I could see how these events where triggering me in situations I was facing in my present.

So I set out on a journey to un-do everything that I thought I knew about myself. 

This was such a huge awakening for me because I began to question EVERYTHING, and really started to understood the weight that this carried on the rest of the world🙏🏻

I began recognising these trauma responses in other people, people were responding from their wounds and were completely unaware. It really broke me because I thought to myself “how can you ever teach someone something about themselves that they can’t even see?"
